CLIENT'S CHARTER 

We, the staff of UPM residential colleges are committed to excellence through the application of quality culture in providing efficient, honest and friendly services and hospitality to fulfil our clients' expectations by ensuring that:-

  1. Student registration (check-in) process is completed within 9 minutes;
  2. Student registration (check-out) process is completed within 5 minutes;
  3. Repairs are carried out within two working days upon receiving a complete complaint form;
  4. Status of student application to stay at the college is announced three weeks before the second semester break/new academic session;
  5. Request for equipment needed for student activity is processed within one working day upon receiving complete application form;
  6. Receipt is issued immediately upon cash payment;
  7. Notices/circulars are put on notice boards within two working days after official approval.
